These past days it's been really cold in Oslo. The temperatures have been as low as - 10 C/14F. No snow yet, but because of the cold; the frost is covering the trees and the ground. The morning I took this photo, it was foggy at first - but then the sun shone through and I could see the ski jump "Holmenkollen" at the top of the hillside nearby.

A very beautiful picture. It looks much better in the larger version where you can see the detail. I remember the ski jump from my only visit to Oslo some years ago. Surprising you have had no snow - even we have had some, at a much lower latitude.
Thanks for your comment! :)
It's not unusual for not having snow in Oslo at this time. The past few years we've usually not had much snow until January/February. Before that we may have some snow, but it usually melts. Perhaps this year will be different... :)
this is beautiful :) i love the fade colors that was created by the cold...
We often get frost on the rooftops and grass, but rarely will you see a hillside covered with it like this photo in my corner of the world. Beautiful!
