This winter we've hardly had any snow. When we finally thought that spring was almost here, all of a sudden we get cold weather and snow again. Not fun at all! This picture was taken yesterday at Carl Berner in Oslo. I had to drive very carefully when I went home, as it was quite slippery.
I've showed you this view before, when I told you about the yellow and the red wooden buildings that they are planning to demolish to build a shopping center and more parking space.

I had a serious spot of bother taking my last picture, it was very unpleasant.
the snow came as far south as Valence, a small town of southern France just 150 km from Avignon. Not that far! But we were spared...

Late snow. . . as if it was an afterthought of Mother Nature. ^^ It looks somewhat like a Bruegel. Very nice.
Same here! Grenoble was full of snow on Monday.

We only have to look outside to see too many scenes like this. We are anxious for warmer weather to get here at the moment but come hot, sultry days and nights, then this will be a fond memory. Nice photography.

I'm hoping that I might finally be able to go sledding!!! I've been wanting to do that since I moved to CH 3 years ago, but something or other (lack of enough snow, our schedules) always prevented it. Since we've had such late snow this year, maybe there's still time...
