Now there is something you don't see everyday! And yes, it certainly looks yummy.
I'm impressed by that cake decor! This painting graces my mouse pad, but as cake decoration, it has REALLY gone pop art symbol.
We were glad to see on the news that the two stolen works had been rehung. The news photos showed the terrible scratches and water marks "The Scream" sustained. Glad its back home though.

They've done some really good conservation work on the paintings. They weren't too bad, I think, but it certainly is bad that these people stole and almost destroyed the paintings.
I will submit photos of the paintings tomorrow. :) It was wonderful to see them again!
I didn't get to see this museum. I really wanted some of that cake too! I did go to the national gallery though. I slept too much on Friday after taking the night train from Bergen :P Glad to see it's back open.
The Scream is one of my favorite paintings - I have a cloissone necklace of the scream head, and I think I must really have some of this cake! What a wonderfully whimsical picture. I'm so glad the painting is back - I want to see it in person some day.
Nice announcement stunt!
"I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice scream," or cake, I guess. This is clever, and I like your photo!
It's one of the most familiar images in the world, but the first time I've seen it on a cake. Very interesting post.
